Telehealth services through Trademark Therapy Services are available to residents of Georgia. Providing therapy across state lines requires licensure in both states; we will confirm your eligibility at intake.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
