Who We Help

They Don't Have to Be in Crisis
to Deserve Support.

These are the challenges we work with most. If your teen is struggling — for any reason — that's enough reason to reach out.

School Stress & Pressure
Academic pressure, performance anxiety, test stress, and the weight of college expectations — addressed without adding more pressure on top.
Anxiety
Generalized anxiety, panic attacks, separation anxiety, and the specific anxieties of adolescence — navigated with age-appropriate tools that actually stick.
Depression
Persistent sadness, withdrawal, loss of motivation, and changes in sleep and appetite — recognized and treated before patterns deepen.
Self-Harm
Non-suicidal self-injury and emotional dysregulation addressed with evidence-based approaches including DBT skills and crisis safety planning.
Identity & Self-Esteem
Questions about who they are, gender identity, sexuality, and self-worth — explored in a confidential, affirming space without judgment.
Social Anxiety
Fear of social situations, peer judgment, and performance — with practical tools for navigating friendships, school, and the online world.
Family Conflict
Parent-teen conflict, sibling dynamics, divorce adjustment, and family stress — worked through individually and in family sessions when appropriate.
Trauma & Bullying
Adverse childhood experiences, bullying (in-person and online), abuse history, and traumatic events — with trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate care.

For Parents

What to Expect as a Parent —
and How You're Involved.

Teen therapy works best when there's trust in the room. That means your teen needs to know therapy isn't a surveillance mechanism. Here's how we balance that with keeping you appropriately informed.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Your Teen's Space Is Their Own
Session content is confidential — your teen needs to trust that for therapy to work. We share what's clinically relevant and anything that raises safety concerns. Outside of that, we don't report back. That boundary is what makes the work possible.
INVOLVEMENT
Family-Informed, Not Family-Run
Parents are included at key clinical points — at intake, during treatment reviews, and whenever a family session would support your teen's progress. The exact level of involvement is decided collaboratively with your clinician and your teen.
SAFETY
We Always Tell You What Matters
If your teen discloses anything that suggests imminent danger to themselves or others, we involve you and take action immediately — regardless of what they want. Your teen's safety always comes first.

Getting Started

Starting Therapy Doesn't Have to Be Complicated.

Three steps from the first call to a real treatment plan. No long intake forms to get past the door.

STEP ONE
Intake Call
15 minutes — for the parent, the teen, or both. We answer questions, explain what to expect, and figure out if we're the right fit. No pressure. No paperwork. Just an honest conversation about where things stand.
Less than 15 minutes to start
STEP TWO
Matched Therapist
We match your teen with a clinician who specializes in adolescent care — not just whoever has an opening. We verify insurance before the first session, free of charge, so there are no cost surprises.
Within 1 business day
STEP THREE
Ongoing Plan
After the first session — which is about building trust, not collecting data — your teen and their clinician build a treatment plan with real, trackable goals. Not open-ended. Not vague. Progress they can actually see.
